THE VIEW FROM THE SKY SCRAPER.

           There is a skyscraper at Ikebukuro in Tokyo. The building is named Sunshine 60.

    The observation floor is located in 60th. It takes about 30 minutes from our house by car.

It was a very fine day. We could see Mt.Fuji.

There is Mt. Fuji in the place 100 kilometers away from Tokyo.

There are more than 12 million people in Tokyo.

But almost no air pollution in Tokyo.

We went to Tokyo Skytree in the daytime again.

ZUSHI SEASHORE IN KANAGAWA.

          It takes only one hour to go to Zushi seashore from Tokyo railroad station.


           It was a very fine day, but Heavy winds would blow for a long time.

We could see Mt.Fuji from Zushi seashore.

逗子海岸と富士山です。

Young people would enjoy windsurfing.

It was a nice day for them.

We could see the wind patterns on the sand.　風紋です。

We came here to see ancient  tomb mounds,they were found only 15 years ago.

長柄桜山古墳です。　１５年前に発見されました。

These tomb mounds are very important for our ancient history.

この古墳の発見によって、日本武尊命が三浦半島から房総半島に

船で渡ったという説が史実であったとする根拠になるとも考えられます。

There is a folk museum very near the mounds.　郷土資料館です。

This building was used as a villa for the tycoon's descendant.

ここは、１６代徳川家当主、徳川家達（いえさと）の別荘でした。

TOKYO SKYTREE.

 Tokyo Skytree ,the world tallest broadcasting tower opened on May, 22nd in 2012.


 We took photos from Asakusa at first,then went to the observatory floor in Tokyo Skytree.

MIKATA FIVE LAKES IN FUKUI.

 We stayed a hotel by the lake named Suigetuko. There are five lakes around the hotel.
We looked very beautiful scenery from the top of Mt.Baijogatake.

   三方五湖のなかの水月湖の畔に泊りました。　梅丈岳からの景色は最高でした。

We could see the Sea of Japan far away.

日本海が遠くに見えます。

Wakasa bay in The Sea of Japan.　若狭湾です。

Lake Suigetuko. 　水月湖です。

We ate snow crab dishes at a Japanese restaurant in the hotel.

越前ガニの蟹づくしをホテルの夕食で食べました。

Next day,we took snow crab lunch too at a restaurant very near from Echizen harbor.

翌日の昼食も蟹づくしです。越前港の近くの店で食べました。

It was a very hard drive to go to Echizen harbor,because of low atmospheric pressure.

低気圧が接近していて、ハードなドライブになりました。

It was very fine at the third day.

A TRIP TO VISIT HISTORIC SPOTS IN FUKUI.

                                   We went to Fukui prefecture to visit historic spots.

                                   福井県に歴史を訪ねる旅に出かけました。
                               

Maruoka jo castle tower.　丸岡城の天守閣です。

Maruoka castle tower is the oldest existing one.

現存する日本で１番古い天守閣です。

これで、日本に12ある現存天守閣を全て訪れました。

　この松の木の左にある石碑には、

「一筆啓上　火の用心　お仙泣かすな　馬肥やせ」　とあります。

お仙とは仙千代、後の城主、本多成重のことです。

The roof is covered with stone.

　笏谷石（しゃくだにいし）を使った石の瓦です。

Then we visited Asakura mansion site.

Asakura family was a feudal lord one in the warring states period.

朝倉氏の一乗谷館跡に行きました。

Then we went to Eiheiji Temple. This temple is the one of the most famous 

Zen temple.

年配の方はこの寺の様に廊下が延々と続く所を帽子を被って歩くと
