It was a very fine day, but Heavy winds would blow for a long time.
We could see Mt.Fuji from Zushi seashore.
Young people would enjoy windsurfing.
It was a nice day for them.
Zushi seashore.
We could see the wind patterns on the sand.
We came here to see ancient tomb mounds, they were found only 15 years ago.
One of the tomb mounds.
These tomb mounds are very important for our ancient history.
There is a folk museum very near the mounds.
This building was used as a villa for the tycoon's descendant.

What kind of things would the descendant think?

Merry Christmas!
My wife made two Christmas wreaths.
Thanks for visiting this post.
Sharing with Our World Tuesday.
Hello Minoru, The waves are beautiful and I love the patterns in the sand. The wreaths are very festive. Merry Christmas (though I'm not sure you celebrate it in Japan?)!
ReplyDeleteThe snowy owl is actually white year round. My photos are from the end of August.
Dear Gunilla.
DeleteThank you very much for your comment. And thank you the reply about my question.
I learn so much about Japan from your blog! Lovely scenes, especially the photos of Mt. Fuji. Those wreaths are wonderful! Your wife does a great job.

ReplyDeleteDear Akemi sama.
Beautiful shots !! I really like the top one...all those shades of blue...and the one of the ripples in the sand. Your wife made some lovely Christmas wreaths.

The water looks far too rough for me to venture in or take a boat ride. Your wife has made beautiful wreaths.

Dear cosmos.

Wow! This is so interesting to see the waves in the ocean. I had never seen them like this. I understand now how such waves could create windsurfing activities. Thanks for sharing your awesome photos.
