Sharing with I Heart Macro. Our World Tuesday.
I'm amazed at all the contrasts in the landscape in such a small area: the forested mountain, the city, and the rice paddies - they all look like they came from different parts of Japan and were assembled there! :-) It's nice that the mountain is still covered with trees and not roads, ski slopes, or houses. It's a really lovely landscape, and the photos you got of it look like they were worth the climb!
ReplyDeleteLove the red spider lilies! And the temple is lovely and the ancient tomb fascinating (I love that sort of thing). You go on the most interesting adventures!
Dear Laloofah.
DeleteThank you very much for your comment. I am very pleased that you like my post. The emperor system had established in this era and had great authority. Any ancient tomb mound had not made any more from this era.
Thank you again.
Beautiful landscape and fascinating to see this ancient tomb. Your macro is lovely as always. Thanks for sharing the love up-close with all of us at I Heart Macro:-)
ReplyDeleteIt's always interesting to see how life is lived in other countries. In Japan there are so many beautiful forested areas,I think you must have a different attitude to trees.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing.
Enjoy your week,

Dear sapphire.
ReplyDeleteDear sarah.
Nice photographs
