PEONIES AND WATER LILIES.

THis Jindai botanical garden is very big. There are a peony garden, a rosen garden and greenhouses.


                                                       Peonies were in full bloom.

    今晩は。「Jade Vine」の和訳は「ひすいかずら」（翡翠蔓）でよかったでしょうか。３月に大船植物園の温室で初めて見ましたが、まるで青い木彫のような存在感がありました。しゃくなげも睡蓮も綺麗ですね。薔薇と合わせると３点セット。我々の教室は植物公園、深大寺、ソバの３点セットで深大寺にはよく出かけます。

      　こんばんは。ヒスイカズラです。朝、時間が無くて日本版を書けませんでした。この花にハマっている人も多くいるそうです。
      　私も今回初めて、十割蕎麦を食べました。残念ながら違いは分かりませんでした。この日からバラ祭りが始まった様で、混んでいてびっくりしました。

    牡丹と芍薬、ぱっと見た目では見分けは難しいですが英語では両方ともpeonyですね。同じボタン科だからでしょうか。薔薇園では、沈床庭園と言う言葉を学ばせていただきました。温室では睡蓮は年中咲いていますが、自然の池では幼い葉が成長して色を変えていくところ、花はもう少しだけ先ですね。

      こんばんは。そうですね。「立てば芍薬、座れば牡丹、、、」という慣用句は英語に出来ないですね。
      　睡蓮はいつも見るのですが、今回は特に綺麗に咲いていました。この植物公園では野外でも既に咲いていました。
      　葉っぱがあまり綺麗で無いのでアップは見送りました。
      　アカメガシワの新しい葉っぱが赤い繊毛に覆われて赤く見えます。　これも新緑の風景でした。

    ヒスイカズラ、珍しいけれど、きれいな植物ですね。まだ見た事ありません。植物園に行くと、めずらしい花にあえるのが楽しいですね。前に時計草を植物園で発見してたまげました。
