Luxembourg and Durbuy. ルクセンブルグとデュルビュイ。

Leaving Neitherlands,we visited Durbuy. This town is located in the southeast of Belgium.


The riverbank of Ourthe.



Durbuy castle.


There is a very big uplifted stone in this city.






Then we went to Luxembourg.


Luxembourg.


There were many batteries inside of the stone.


It is said Luxembourg means a small fort.





This old town was very impressive for me.

    I have always looked forward to visit Luxembourg too. My friend told me that it is such a small beautiful country that I should rent a bicycle and cycle around the whole country in half a day! That would be fun.

    巨大な岩が砦になっていたんですね。国の名前の由来もありがとうございます。

    室生時のシャクナゲの写真は昨年５月３日撮影です。例年、ゴールデンウィークに満開です。今年は桜に始まりどの花も早く咲いてるようですが、２８日でしたら大丈夫と思います。よい旅を！
