SIGHTSEEING IN HOKKAIDO.

 Driving to central area in Hokkaido, we arrived at Lake Shikaribetu.


Lake Shikaribetu. 然別湖です。


Then we arrived at Lake Nukahira.


Lake Nukahira. 糠平湖です。


There are former bridges of Shihoro railroad line.

廃線となった士幌線の橋梁が見られます。

Taushubetu bridge site. タウシュベツ川橋梁です。


Otosara river bridge site. 第三音更川橋梁です。


Then we arrived at a  Biman panorama park.

We could see a wild fox at the park.

キタキツネです。 尻尾の先が白いのが特徴です。

And a white-backed woodpecker. オオアカゲラです。

Then we arrived at a Tokachi-sennenno-mori forest.


We could see mountains from the hill top. 

十勝千年の森からの風景です。


Tokachi plain. 十勝平野です。


Then we arrived at a hotel where we stayed.

There is a private open air hot spring bath.


The room faces Tokachi river. 十勝中央大橋です。


The night view from the room.

We enjoyed 3 day in Hokkaido very much.

  11. I love the mountain view and Otosara river bridge with green waters! It is so green and unique to me. I wonder how it could be so green. I would be excited to see the fox too! It is cute.

    You really enjoy good and luxury life to have your own private tub to soak! The view is so fabulous and I could dip inside all day!

  22. 北海道はいいですね。北海道で行きたいところリストが増えてます。あまり寒い時には行きたくないと思うと時期が限られてくるのが、ネックですね。 温泉がある場所というのはかなりの魅力です。特に露天風呂付の部屋は最高ですが、お値段がねえ、、、溜息。
    今日はコンピューターの調子が悪く、ポストが出来なくて、気分を壊していたのですが、美しい風景写真で慰められました。 これからも素晴らしい日本を紹介してください。
