Alpe di Siusi in North Italy.

We walked  one of the largest plateau area in Europe at second day in Dolomiti.

We stayed at a hotel in Ortisei.


Next day, we walked to Geisler alm.

We enjoyed this hiking very much.

  9. You and I both enjoy taking pictures of alpine flowers. Mountain meadows bring so much joy! This also makes me think of the story of Heidi, which is partly set in an alm. Thanks for returning to Mosaic Monday - we look forward to seeing you again!

  10. I am very impressed with this Geisler Alm as I have never heard of this place. This must be a very special private tour that brought you there with so much flowers to explore and see. Normally tourists would only visit big cities like Rome or Milan. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the hiking trip.
