A trip to American National parks mainly,No.1 アメリカ国立公園への旅、その1.

I started from Tokyo(Haneda) International airport to San Francisco as a member of a group tour　from October 3rd.


Tokyo International airport.


Arriving at San Francisco. We went to Golden Gate Bridge.



Fisherman's Wharf.
The flag was at half-mast.


Alcatraz Island.


The next day, we went to Yosemite National park.


Yosemite National park.


The mountain over there is called Half Dome.


There is a Fall over there.


It is called Braidalveil Fall.


We went to the Fall.


Bridalveil Fall.


Zooming up.

    Welcome back! I am sure you enjoyed your US trip and thanks for sharing the photos.
    I was surprised when I saw the Golden Gate Bridge in 1991. It was red colour and not gold. Ha ha ha

    Beautiful photos - hopefully you got to see a lot. We visited Yosemite this summer, and thought it was spectacular but way overcrowded.

    I am glad for you to have reached those sites in the US. Even if i wanted to do just that, still i haven't had the chance to see the mainland US, only seen Hawaii.

    成田空港を利用したことはなく、一枚目のお写真から異国のような気がしました。(田舎者です。)　カリフォルニアは山火事発生の前にいらしたのですね。ヨセミテ公園は美しく雄大。お天気にも恵まれよかったですね。
