Mt.Kurodake in Hokkaido. 黒岳、層雲峡。

The third day in our trip,we climbed Mt.Kurodake by cable car.


Mt.Kurodake at 5th station.

We walked from 5th to 7th station. There are various kind of 
wild flowers along the mountain roads.


Chinguruma.


Chinguruma flowers grow in colonies.


Chinguruma's seeds.


Ukonnutugi.


Miyama-Kinpoge.


Iwahige.


Urajiro-Nanakamado.


Karamatuso.


Hakusan-Bohu.


Maizuruso.


Chocolate lily.

Chisima-Hyotanboku.


Miyama-Odamaki.


We met a young deer.


Then we went to Sounkyo.


Sounkyo.


Ginganotaki-Falls.


Ryuseinotaki-Falls.


We ate this dessert. 


We came back from Asahikawa airport.

  8. It is always refreshing to visit mountains in the countryside and hike around to explore the many types of flora and fauna. The flowers you have captured are unique and beautiful. I am amazed with the Ginganotaki-Falls which has so much water flowing from a small peak. I am wondering where so much water was collected.
