Dear Tomoko sama.

Minoru, These scenes look like they could be in CO! We only have Gentians blooming here in late summer or fall, when the weather is getting very cool. I love the violet photo and the ponds are so tranquil.

The scenery is very beautiful and relaxing with so many exotic flowers which are new to me. I like that azalea!
ReplyDeleteI think those are all lakes as ponds are usually smaller.
Dear Twilight Man.
DeleteThank you very much for your comment. I think so ,but each lake has the original name of Ike. Ike means pond in Japanese. Ike is 池、The meanings of the lake and pond are a little bit different in each country.
A wonderful region to have a walk travel and to observe these aspects of nature so lovely captured in photo instants! It must have been 2 and half hours of trip seeing gorgeous places with blue waters at the ponds. The red pines are majestic, the blooms are gorgeous...
ReplyDeleteMany thanks for sharing them with us! A lovely weekend!
Dear Alexa.
DeleteThank you very much for your comment. The sky was very clear and cool. It was nice travel for us.
ReplyDeleteDear Yoko sama.
Hello Minoru, The ponds are beautiful. I think they were worth the difficult climb. I love all the flowers as well.
