We went to Johor Bahru in Malaysia as a one day trip from the hotel where were.
Sultan Abu Bakar Mosque.
A villa for this country's king.
We went to a Malaysian cultural village.
We watched some Malaysian dances.
A video of Malaysian dance.
We experienced the coloring of the flower of the hibiscus to each handkerchief sized cloth.
My wife made this one.
There were some kinds of plants in the garden.
A mango tree.
A coconut tree.
A Papaya tree.
I wrote incorrect names above two trees. Mr.Twilight Man kindly taught me
the correct names. So I revised the names.
Flowers of star fruit.
Good bye from this village.
We were in the sky, Good Bye Singapore.

Thanks for visiting this post.
Your trip to Singapore was well planned with extra time to cross over to Johor. Hope you enjoyed the time in painting class. You wife made a beautiful batik painting for herself.
ReplyDeleteI hope you don't mind me correcting the captions in the photos. The Palm Tree should be Coconut Tree. The Coconut Tree should read as Papaya Tree.
Dear Mr.Twilight Man.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for your comment. I revised the names. Reading your comment,my wife will be pleased. Thanks again.

Lovely shots.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed all your photographs! What a lovely place to visit.

I really enjoyed your photos. I had my kids with me when we went to Johor, so we spent our time at LEGOland instead of more cultured activities.
ReplyDeleteDear Michele.

Thank you for sharing your photos from this amazing trip. They are fantastic! I am back from my blogging break and catching up very slowly. We had a family bereavement and I have only just returned after a few weeks. Today's Flowers will be back next week on Friday, August 5th.
