MATUMOTO CASTLE IN NAGANO.

Matumoto castle is one of the most famous castle in Japan.  The castle tower was made at the end of 16th century and still exist even now.

 松本城に行きました。4つある国宝の城、現存する天守閣がある12の城の内の一つです。

    Minoru-san, Your photographs on this post is just breathtaking. My memory of Matsumoto-jo is raining and gloomy. I don't remember seeing the mountains at all. Have a nice day !!!

    It's magical to see that mountain in the background with that ornate castle in the front...absolutely stunning pictures. And how blue and beautiful the sky ! (And the huge Japanese maple is wonderful!)

    こんにちは。松本城が立派です。特に１枚目の写真の角度から見ると、世界遺産に指定されてもいいくらいの素晴らしさです。私は松本駅から出発するミニ観光バスに乗ったので、お城を遠くからグルッと見ましたが、間近には行ってません。今思うとお城の中まで見に行くべきでしたね。松本城と常念岳の２ショットもとても綺麗です。北アルプスもすっかり雪景色ですね。

      　こんばんは。良く晴れた日でしたので、ラッキーでした。北アルプスが見えたので感動しました。土曜日だったので、天守閣の中は渋滞していてゆっくり見る事が出来ませんでした。
