BONSAI

I uploaded Bonsai(dwarfed potted plant) photos where I looked both in Showa Kinen Park and Jindai botanical garden..

 昭和記念公園と神代植物園で撮った盆栽の写真をアッップしました。

A pond in Japanese garden. This island looks like a tortoise.
 
日本庭園です。
 
 
 
Satuki Azalea. A flower is blooming out of  season. Even if a tree would be dwarfed,a flower would bloom in normal size.
 
サツキです。帰り咲きのこの花は盆栽にしても普通の大きさで咲きます。
 
 
Japanese beauty berry.
 
ムラサキシキブです。
 
 
White spider lily.
 
白い彼岸花です。

盆栽のセットです。
 
I took Bonsai photos in Syowa Kinen park from the first to a Japanese garden photo .
I took photos from Satuki Azalea to the last in Jindai botanical garden.

    さいたま市の盆栽美術館にも立派な盆栽がたくさん展示されています。ただし撮影は禁止ですけれど。

       以前カメラを持って土呂駅から盆栽村に行きました。撮影禁止、入場料は有料。 がっかりして帰って来た事が有りました。

    So much love goes into the care of them, and many are so old.
    I don't have such good luck with them. :-(

  8. These are wonderful. I love the intricate detail of Bonsai trees. That Cock's Comb is so pretty and the little Island does remind me of a turtle. What a great place to visit. Thanks for sharing.

  9. 盆栽にできる草木がこんなにあるとは知りませんでした。コマユミ、ムラサキシキブ、サツキが素敵です。中国で始まり、日本に伝わり、今はヨーロッパで流行中ですが、ヨーロッパでは「bonsai」というネーミングで広まってるのが、ちょっと嬉しいですね。

  12. 盆栽をあまり見た事がないのですが、盆栽の木に咲く花は、ちいさいのですか?だとすると、返り咲きの花が普通サイズなのは、おもしろいですね。ムラサキシキブの盆栽、とてもバランスよくて、家に飾りたいです。

  13. sarah 様 こんばんは。ムラサキシキブの盆栽がお気に入られて何よりです。 品種改良した盆栽では木も花も小さくする事は可能ですが、花の咲く木を盆栽にしますと、花だけは普通サイズで咲いてしまいます。

     沢山花が咲いてしまうと、とてもアンバランスな感じになってしまいます。
    正統派はそれを好みませんが、そのアンバランスが良いと言う人もいます。価値観の多様性でしょうか。

    Is ムラサキシキブ named after Lady Murasaki, the author?

      Murasakisikibu had former name,which is Murasakisikimi,ムラサキシキミ(紫樒)。
       Mrasakisikimi was not sold in florists. So a florist changed the name to Murasakisikibu, So murasakisikibu become very popular.

  24. ケイトウの盆栽ってあるのですね。 小さくて、とてもかわいいです。 作り方を知ると、木には気の毒な気もします。 昨年、偶然盆栽展を見たのですが何とも不思議な世界だとおもいました。盆栽にできない植物はあるのでしょうか? 桜切るバカとかいいますから、桜は切れないから盆栽にできない???

    盆栽はほとんど松ですから、桜の盆栽は無いと思います。
     埼玉県に盆栽村という所が有ります。盆栽に値段が付いていますので、値段を見ると精神衛生に良くないので値段は見ない事にしています。

  26. 植物を自由に成長させてあげないのはかわいそう、盆栽って年寄趣味・・・と昔は思っていましたが、盆栽のよさがわかってきたのは年をとってきたからでしょうか。 鑑賞には枝垂れた型が好きです。 自分で盆栽を育てるとしたら、大好きな百日紅に挑戦したいです。

       百日紅は花が長く咲いているので、とても楽しい気分にさせて呉れますね。
