Sightseeing in Melbourne メルボルンの観光。

We got on a Puffing Billy Steam Locomotive.







I also sat on the window frame.


I found a Bonsai shop in a city on the way to the Steam locomotive station.


We went to a Penguin tour to Phillip island.


A koala in Churchhill island.





Wallabies.


We met a penguin in Phillip island.


Watched the penguin parade at about 9 PM.


We could see some birds and many flowers too.


Cockatoos.


Dusky Moorhen?


Magpie-lark.


Jacaranda.






Red flowering gum.





Southern Magnolia.


Fuchsia.


We went to Eureka tower.


Sky deck is located on 88th floor.


Melbourne city.



Just before the Sun set.



We enjoyed the setting Sun.

  3. OMG! You had such a fabulous and fun holiday there. You even sat by the windows of the famous Puffing Billy train. You just made me jealous. Ha ha!

    This is the first time I got to see the aerial city view from this angle and they look nice. The animals and flowers are very unique & colourful too. Thank you so much for luring me to plan a trip there!!

  10. So many lovely photos from which to choose. The train looks like lots of fun, but I love the animals, birds, and flowers. Koalas! And "wobblies"! And, most of all, penguins!
    The brilliant flowers are a welcome sight to an old lady stuck indoors in freezing-cold Alberta.
    I enjoyed this post very, very much.

  15. 楽しいメルボルンへの旅でしたね。蒸気機関車の窓から足のオンパレード、面白い光景です。オーストラリアらしい動物や鳥たちとの触れ合いもいいですね。昨日で終わったテニスの全豪オープン観てましたが、みなさん真夏のいでたちでした。
