Shiraiwa waterfalls in Tokyo. 白岩の滝。

We went to Shiraiwa waterfalls ,located in the suburbs of Tokyo.


                    Shiraiwa waterfalls are the ones continuing three waterfalls



Climbing the mountain roads,we could see many wild flowers.

センニンソウ。 

タマアジサイ。

ハグロソウ。

フジカリソウ。



ミズタマソウに水玉。


ミズヒキ。


ヤマジノホトトギス。


ユウガギク。

We could see various things.

キイロスズメバチの巣。


A giant leech eating am earthworm. クガヒル。

We came back to the railroad station by this Steam Locomotive type bus.

  9. What a cute bus! And a waterfall is always great especially in the hot summer. The top photo, with the double falls, looks a lot like the one we visited recently here in Oregon USA!

  21. Nature is so inviting; many aspects seen through the mountain roads, along the waterfalls and little blooms captured, also. Great series of photos; in the no.12 is a nest? So interesting, unusual form. Many thanks for sharing them with us. A very pleasant and sunny month of September.

  22. 滝や可愛い花たちに涼しさを感じる一方、クガヒルの捕食にもやはり寒気を感じました(ゾゾッ!)。ご無沙汰しています。関東と関西では暑さがちがったようですね。あまり暑いのと、パソコン画面をみていると気分が悪くなるのでブログお休みしてました。またボチボチ始めます。
