A TRIP TO YAMAGUCHI PREFECTURE.

We went to Yamaguchi for 3 days.

Arriving at Kita-Kyusyu airport, we got on a reserved rental car to Yamaguchi prefecture.



Ichinosaka river. 一の坂川。



Rurikoji temple. 瑠璃光寺の五重塔。




Five storied Pagoda.




A garden in Joeiji temple. 常栄寺雪舟庭。




Hagi castle site. 萩城址。

Motonosumi Inari shrine. 元の隅稲荷神社。




Higashi ushirobata terraced paddy fields. 東後畑棚田。



Kanmon Channel. 関門海峡。

  2. I have heard of this place Yamaguchi as I was told that I could take ferries there from Busan in South Korea.

    Japan always marked the areas of the historical castle sites very well so that the future generations could have good idea how the castles once stood. I saw one good example in Hakata.

  7. Wonderful again!! These are so gorgeous views and sights! Such impressive architecture of landscape, and lots of wonders in beautiful pictures. They look quite like a story book illustrations! Impressed by the Ichinosaka river with the cherry trees bloomed and Rurikoji temple...But all of the aspects are amazing!
