A WILD FLOWER GARDEN IN TOKYO./ THE DAY OF MATHEMATICS.

There is a national wild flower garden in the central area in Tokyo. I used to go to the garden when I happen to go to a place very near the garden.

There are many flowers in the garden.

Bellfllower.

Lysimachia.

Veronica sibirica.

Tufted vetch.

Day lily.

Floating heart.

Callicarpa japonica.

Saururus chinesis.

I enjoyed them very much.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The day of mathematics in USA is  at 14th in March,or 3/14.

The day in many countries in Europe is at 7th in July,7/22
Because , 7÷22≒0.314.

There is no mathematics day  in Japan. So My proposal is 6/28. Today.

6 has divisors as follows 1,2,3.
1+2+3 = 6.

28 has divisors as follows 1,2,4,7,14.
1+2+4+7+14 = 28.

I think 6/28 is a special day.

6 and 28 are perfect numbers.

The heroin of 「Gone with the wind」 said [ Tomorrow is another day.]

 Tomorrow is another day.

Yes,yes, Tomorrow is another day for us.

Tomorrow is our 35th wedding anniversary.

Thanks for visiting this post.

  2. Fun mathematical dates! I like that they use 7/22 in Europe because when I was in school I always used that when calculating equations using Pi because it made everything easier. Your date is interesting, too, and Happy Anniversary! The wildflowers are wonderful, some I hadn't seen before. I like the Floating Heart leaves with cute yellow 5 point star flower.

  14. I like this Lysimachia which looks elegant and unusual as we do not have them in our tropical climate.
The bell flowers are pretty too and I was only fortunate to see them in Fukuoka and China.
Happy Anniversary to you and wife & may you be blessed with another 35!
How about posting your wedding photos wearing the Japanese traditional costume for us to admire. I love to watch the bridal couples especially the Japanese brides who are all made up like dolls.

I named my handle name "Stardust." I'm consisted of particles, like a stardust, drifting in space, hoping to shine with her spirit burning bright someday. Still, such particles feel and think on this planet -- what a mystery, what a wonder, what a blssing!
