HAMA ROYAL GARDEN IN TOKYO.

  Reading the news that Japanese apricots started to bloom in Hama Royal garden, I went to the garden.

                       浜離宮に行きました。

Hama Royal garden.



This garden is located in the center of Tokyo.

There are various kind of waterfowls in this pond.

水鳥が多くいました。


A seagull. (Very near to Tokyo Bay.)

カモメです。


Northen pintails.

オナガガモです。



Tufted ducks.

キンクロハジロです。


A eurasian wigeon.


ヒドリガモです。

A 300 year old pine tree.

三百年の松です。



A red Japanese apricot.

紅梅です。

Cameria japonica flowers.

椿もまだ咲いていました。

  18. 今年の冬の寒さは厳しいと感じつつ、こうして写真で眺めますと日本の冬は比較的穏やかなんだと思います。もう梅ですか・・・東京の梅は早いですね。明日は一気に気温が下がるそうです。お風邪などめされませんように。

    水鳥が綺麗に撮れましたね。ヒドリガモは、今まで知らなかった鳥ですが、浜離宮には沢山いるのですか。
    これだけ水鳥がいるなら、庭園+花+水鳥、で結構楽しめますね。特に私は150円で入れるので。
    紅梅は、私が訪問した1月13日よりも見事に咲いてます。やはり早過ぎました。
