REBUN ISLAND IN HOKKAIDO

It takes two hours from Wakkanai port to Rebun island by ferry. Rebun island is a treasure house of wild flowers.

Looking for wild flowers,we walked about three hours in this hiking trail. from Momoiwa to Shiretoko.

 we walked this hiking trail.

Just one day before, when we were in a ferry,we saw Mt.Rishiri with a cap cloud  hung over the top of the mountain.

We thought the next day would be rainy. But  the rain stopped during the middle of the night.

We could enjoy the hiking in a fine day.
