VISITING GARDENS IN HOKKAIDO,FINAL

Then we went to Shin Arashiyama sky park.

新嵐山スカイパークに行きました。

By macro lens. One flower has 6 petals,another has 5 petals.Why?
 
5枚や6枚の花びらのある花があります。花びらの様に見えるのはガクです。
 
There was a dandelion field and  a few cherry blossom trees.
 
蝦夷山桜とタンポポの群生です。
 
Then we went to Tokachi Sennenno Mori garden.
 
十勝千年の森です。

We could see Mt.Memurodake very far away.

There were many wild flowers in this forest.

  6. 北海道シリーズ、行きたいですぅ。写真を見てるだけで、爽やかな、まだピリッとしたような空気が感じられます。先日主人が出張で根室に行った時は、まだ標準木の桜は固い蕾だったとか。今年は寒さで遅れていると聞きましたが、もう開花したのでしょうか。前回の雪餅草、延齢草、それにオクエゾサイシン・・・どれも初めて見せていただきました。

      おはようございます。今回もとても寒くて最高気温が10度というひもありました。ここのエゾヤマザクラは満開でした。
       北海道へ行くと土地の広さに開放感を感じます。 機会が有りましたら、いらして下さい。

  8. 今晩は。蝦夷山桜とタンポポの群生の写真が素敵ですね。北海道らしい色彩で素晴らしいです。あとは十勝平野の景色が懐かしいです。私が泊まったホテル名はもう忘れてしまいましたが、庭から熱気球を空にあげて、十勝平野の景色を一望にできるというサービスがありました。この地区のお土産は今も六花亭さんでしょうか。私は1970年代から六花亭のファンです。

       おはようございます。十勝地方は去年も行きましたが、今回は十勝側温泉に宿泊しました。
      泥炭の温泉で、茶色のお湯に何十年ぶりで入りました。とても良かったです。
       六花の森に行った時、六花亭の六花の森オリジナルのお土産を買いました。限定品には弱いです。

  12. I often wonder why one flower has a certain number of petals and the other less or more. Very curious.

      Thank you very much for your comment. This wind flowers do not have petals,They have only calyxes(sepals), The number of sepals would easy to change. The number of petals would be fixed.

  16. For me, the greatest pleasure was to see the forest floor full of wind anemones. A flower of my childhood that is so hard to grow here and the white ones that make the forest floor like it has a dusting of snow, you cannot get here at all.
